2026 Hollister Site Fieldwork
Another season of fieldwork has started at the Hollister site in South Glastonbury, CT. FOSA volunteers have assisted CT State Archaeologist Dr. Sarah Sportman with working around the East Cellar and continuing
our search to find more of the 1675 palisade feature.
They were joined on June 18th & 19th by volunteers from the Glastonbury Historical Society.
In July, they will coordinate the Archaeology Field School for Adults, which is sponsored by the Connecticut State Museum of Natural History.
